We’re seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Tier 1-3 support for devices, software, and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage service tickets and meet SLAs.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure AD.
- Handle user account setup, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Assist with networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
- Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance.
- Document issues and escalate when needed.
What You Bring:
- 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure, Intune, or SCCM.
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools (MFA, EDR).
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft).
Additional Info:
